Hello everybody!
I am very excited about this unit
(I am sure we all are!)
But I am MOST excited about going to Cairns.
Indiana Smith conquers Cairns!
Here is my best joke about Cairns.

Q: Two baked beans traveled Australia. Where
did they end up?

A: In Cairns(cans)!

Hi Everyone
i am so excited to learn about reefs and rainforests.
this is a picture i found.
it may look like a painting but the destruction parts is real.
it is so sad to even think about how many flora (plants) and fauna (animals)
are dying just because of our powerful machines and tools.

HI here is a photo of the Great Barrier Reef and some facts.
Did you know that the GBR is the world's largest living organism, The GBR is under great threat from the climate warming and the coastal development. The chance of it surviving is ''poor''.

cheers Erin

Hi Everyone,
Here are some photos of the Amazon rainforest and some facts.
More than 20% of Earth's oxygen is produced in the Amazon.
An estimated number of 2,700 million acres of the rainforest are burned each year.
The rivers of the Amazon rain forest are home to more than 3,000 fish species. There are 950 bird species in the Amazon rain forest, including the Scarlet Macaw and the Toucan.
Hope that is interesting for you.
From William.
